REVERSE CRUNCH*

This move works the same muscles of the abs as a regular crunch. However, when executed properly, it keeps constant tension on the abdominal wall, making it more effective than the standard crunch. The reverse crunch is also less stressful on the neck.

 

*This exercise is extremely dangerous if you do not hang onto something that’s heavier than the weight of your own body as you do not want the object falling on top of you.
